Honey Soy Glazed Corn Ribs

Ingredients
¼ Cup Mrs Tran’s Kitchen Light Soy Sauce
¼ Cup Mrs Tran’s Kitchen Vegetarian Pre-Mixed Fish Sauce
4 Corn cobs, husk removed and cleaned
50g Butter, softened
3 Tbsp honey
Olive oil
Pinch of salt
Garnish:
Lime wedges, chopped coriander & fried shallots

This tasty glaze can be served on any desired vegetable or cooked meat.
Cooking Instructions
- Pre-heat fan-forced oven to 180C.
- Cook corn in boiling water for 10 minutes, remove and allow to cool. Using a sharp knife carefully chop corn in half lengthwise, then half again to make 4 “ribs”.
- Place the ribs on a lined baking tray, drizzle with olive oil and a pinch of salt. Bake for 15 mins until lightly browned.
- Over medium heat, mix the softened butter, honey, MTK Light Soy Sauce, and MTK Vegetarian Pre-Mixed Fish Sauce in a pan until slightly thickened.
- Add corn ribs into the pan and gently toss until evenly coated. Serve with lime wedges, top with chopped coriander and fried shallots if desired.
