Meet Chef Leslie
We’re thrilled to officially welcome our new Corporate Chef, Leslie Chan, to the Mrs Tran’s Kitchen family.✨
With his rich background in pan-Asian and French cuisine, and years of experience in top hotels and culinary institutions – Chef Leslie has hit the ground running (and cooking)!🧑‍🍳
New Recipe
A fresh twist on sushi! These colourful rolls use our Variety Pack Rice Paper and crispy Coconut Prawns for a light, flavour-packed bite.
Great for school lunchboxes, a light snack or create a platter for feeding a crowd! 🍣
Foodservice Australia 2025
In May, we proudly exhibited at the Foodservice Australia Tradeshow, showcasing our product range to chefs, foodies, and foodservice professionals from across the country.
A true highlight of the event was Chef Leslie’s Cooking Masterclasses, which drew big crowds as he demonstrated how quick and easy it is to bring restaurant-quality dishes to life using our products.
Wholefood Warehouse Market Day
Most recently, we were cooking up a storm at Wholefood Warehouse in Malvern, where our team served up hot samples of dumplings for their Market Day event.
It was great to meet so many of you in person and hear your favourite ways to enjoy our products at home.
