Ingredients

Filling: [Australian Beef (38%), Onion (13%), Vegetable Oil, Salt, Sugar, Soy Sauce (Wheat), Mushroom Seasoning, Sesame Oil, orn Starch, Ginger, Pepper Powder].
Pastry: [Australian Wheat Flour, Water, Annatto Powder].

Preparation instructions

STEAM: Steam from frozen for 10 minutes. Hint: Use steamer/baking paper to prevent sticking.

BOIL: Boil from frozen for 10 minutes.

PAN FRY: On medium heat, pan fry with oil from frozen for 1 min. Add 1cm of water and cover pan with lid, and cook until water evaporates.
Hint: Dissolve 1.5 tsp of corn starch into water for a layer of crispy lattice.
