Ingredients

Tapioca Starch, Rice Flour (18%), Water, Vegetable Carbon Colour (153), Salt.

Preparation instructions

  1. Fill bowl with lukewarm water. Dip a sheet of rice paper in the water and rotate for 5 seconds and quickly shake off excess water.
  2. Lay the rice paper flat on a plate and place your ingredients of choice on the rice paper 1/3 down and centred horizontally.
  3. Lift the end of the rice paper closest to you and fold towards the centre covering the filling.
  4. Fold the sides in to stop the filling failling out.
  5. Continue rolling the rice paper to form a firm tubular shape.
