Wheat Flour, Water, Spices (Sugar, Salt, Yeast), Shortening, Corn Starch, Milk Powder, Baking Powder.

Preparation instructions

STEAM: Place steamer or baking paper into steamer. Alternatively spray some oil to prevent the bao buns from sticking to the surface. From frozen, steam for 5-8 minutes. Adjust cooking time as required.

GRILLING: Follow above steaming instructions then separate buns and grill the insides on a hotplate until toasted. Alternatively, thaw first then grill on a hotplate on low heat until crispy.

DEEP FRY: From frozen, fry the burger buns in medium heat 170°C. When the bun reaches a golden brown colour, turn over and cook the other side to the same colour.
