Rice (60%), Tapioca, Water, Tapioca Starch, Salt.

Preparation instructions

FOR SOUPS:
  1. Cook Flat Rice Noodles in rapid boiling water for 3 minutes or until al dente.
  2. Drain, then rinse well under cold water. Separate the Flat Rice Noodles into piles for better aeration.
  3. The Flat Rice Noodles are now ready to be served with your favourite soup.
FOR STIR FRY:
  1. Soak Flat Rice Noodles in hot water for 5 minutes before being added to your Stir Fry.
