Skin (Wheat Flour, Refined Soybean Oil, Tapioca Starch, Salt, Turmeric Powder, Water), Prawn (54%), Refined Soybean Oil, Tapioca Starch, Spices (Salt, Sugar, Yeast Extract), Ginger (2%), White Egg Powder & Sesame Oil.

Preparation instructions

STEAM: Place steamer or baking paper into steamer. Alternatively spray some oil to prevent the dumplings from sticking to the surface. From frozen, steam for 10 minutes. Using a skewer or a toothpick, pierce the centre of a dumpling and when there’s no resistance, then it is ready to eat.

BOIL: Add some dumplings in your favourite soup for approximately 8 minutes then the dumplings are ready.

PAN FRY: Coat a non-stick pan with oil. Fry the dumplings until one side is golden brown and crispy. Pour 1.5cm of water into the pan and cover the pan with a lid. When the water dries out, the dumplings are ready to be served.
