Ingredients

Filling: [Australian Pork (34%), Chives (17%), Vegetable Oil, Sugar, Soy Sauce (Wheat), Salt, Mushroom Seasoning, Sesame Oil, Corn Starch, Ginger, Pepper Powder].
Pastry: [Australian Wheat Flour, Water].

Preparation instructions

STEAM: Steam from frozen for 10 minutes. Hint: Use steamer/baking paper to prevent sticking.

BOIL: Boil from frozen for 10 minutes.

PAN FRY: On medium heat, pan fry with oil from frozen for 1 min. Add 1cm of water and cover pan with lid, and cook until water evaporates.
Hint: Dissolve 1.5 tsp of corn starch into water for a layer of crispy lattice.
