Ingredients

Original Rice Paper: Tapioca Starch, Rice Flour (10%), Water & Salt. Beetroot Rice Paper: Tapioca Starch, Rice Flour (10%), Water, Salt, Beetroot (2.5%).Turmeric Rice Paper: Tapioca Starch, Rice Flour (10%), Water, Salt, Turmeric (0.3%) Brown Rice Paper: Tapioca Starch, Brown Rice Flour(40%), Water, Salt. Black Rice Paper: Tapioca Starch, Rice Flour (18%), Water, Vegetable Carbon Colour (153), Salt. Black Jasmine Rice Paper: Tapioca Starch, Black Jasmine Rice Flour (30%), Water, Salt.

Preparation instructions

  1. Fill bowl with lukewarm water. Dip a sheet of rice paper in the water and rotate for 5 seconds and quickly shake off excess water.
  2. Lay the rice paper flat on a plate and place your ingredients of choice on the rice paper 1/3 down and centred horizontally.
  3. Lift the end of the rice paper closest to you and fold towards the centre covering the filling.
  4. Fold the sides in to stop the filling falling out.
  5. Continue rolling the rice paper to form a firm tubular shape.
