Ingredients

Serves 4

2 Large Lebanese Cucumbers

4-5 Radishes

1-2 Tbsp Mrs Tran’s Kitchen Sate Chilli Oil

1 Tbsp Mrs Tran’s Kitchen Light Soy Sauce

1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar

2 Tsp Sesame oil

1 Tsp Sugar/Honey (optional, to taste)

1 Clove of Garlic, minced

Pinch of Salt

Optional Garnish: Fresh Coriander, Mrs Tran’s Kitchen Fried Shallots.

Cooking Instructions

  1. Smash the cucumbers with the flat side of a knife or mallet/rolling pin, then chop into bite-sized pieces. Smash or thinly slice radishes. Add cucumber and radishes into a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together Mrs Tran’s Kitchen Sate Chilli Oil, Soy Sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar/honey (if using), and minced garlic.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and radishes. Toss well to coat evenly.
  4. Garnish with Mrs Tran’s Kitchen Fried Shallots and serve immediately. Enjoy!
