Ingredients
½ Cup Mrs Tran’s Kitchen Pineapple Sweet Chilli Sauce
500g Chicken breast/thigh, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 Onion, diced
2 Capsicums, mixed colours, chopped
½ Cup Tomato sauce (gluten free)
½ Cup Corn flour (corn starch)
3 Garlic cloves, minced
2 Tbsp White vinegar
Vegetable oil, for frying
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 Cup Pineapple pieces (optional)

Cooking Instructions
- Season chicken with salt and pepper, coat with corn flour and fry in oil until golden brown or cooked through, about 8 mins. Drain on paper towels.
- Sauté onion, garlic and capsicum until slightly softened.
- Add Mrs Tran’s Kitchen Pineapple Sweet Chilli Sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar, pineapple pieces and mix. Let sauce simmer for a few minutes to thicken and allow flavours to meld.
- Add fried chicken back into pan and stir well to evenly coat with sauce and heat through.
- Serve hot with steamed rice and garnish with coriander and sesame seeds if desired.
