Meet Our New Corporate Chef – Leslie Chan!
We’re thrilled to welcome Chef Leslie Chan to the Mrs Tran’s Kitchen family as our new Corporate Chef!
With a rich background spanning fine dining, culinary education, and international cuisine, Chef Leslie brings a wealth of expertise and creativity to the team. Trained in Pan-Asian, Italian, and French cooking, and with years of experience working in luxury hotels and award-winning restaurants, Leslie is known for blending tradition with innovation.
He has also served as a culinary instructor and competition judge, and now brings that same passion for mentorship and excellence to Mrs Tran’s Kitchen. Whether it’s creating new recipe ideas, guiding product innovation, or supporting our foodservice partners, Chef Leslie is here to help take our food to the next level.
