Black Pepper Beef

Ingredients
5 Tbsp Mrs Tran’s Kitchen Light Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Mrs Tran’s Kitchen Premium Oyster Sauce
500g Beef sirloin or flank steak, diced
1 Onion, diced
1 Capsicum, diced
2 Tbsp Corn starch
2 Tbsp Vegetable oil
1/4 Cup Water or stock
3 Garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbsp Black pepper, coarsely ground
Protein Options: Substitute beef for pork, chicken or firm tofu.
Cooking Instructions
- Mix beef slices with corn starch and 3 Tbsp Mrs Tran’s Kitchen Light Soy Sauce. Leave for 15-20 minutes to marinate.
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic and diced onion until soft.
- Add marinated beef to the pan and stir-fry until browned.
- Add Mrs Tran’s Kitchen Oyster Sauce, 2 Tbsp Mrs Tran’s Kitchen Light Soy Sauce, water/stock and mix well.
- Add capsicum and cook until crisp tender. Sprinkle black pepper and toss well, serve hot with steamed rice or noodles and desired garnishes.
