Ingredients

Wheat Flour, Tapioca Starch, Egg (3.5%), Iodized Salt, Turmeric Powder, Seaweed Extract (Sodium Alginate (E401)), Natural Carotene (E160a).

Preparation instructions

FOR SOUPS:
  1. Cook Egg Noodles in rapid boiling water for 2 minutes or until al dente.
  2. Drain, then rinse well under cold water. To prevent the noodles from sticking, add 1 teaspoon of cooking oil and stir.
  3. The Egg Noodles are now ready to be served with your favourite soup.
FOR STIR FRY:
  1. Soak Egg Noodles in hot water for 5 minutes before being added to your stir-fry.
