Create a delightful sweet treat by transforming our Mrs Tran’s Kitchen Peking Duck Pancakes into crispy crêpes. Treat yourself with an indulgent and irresistible fusion of sweetness and crunch.

Serves 4

150g Packet Mrs Tran’s Kitchen Peking Duck Pancakes

Vegetable oil

250g Punnet of strawberries

1 Banana

Nutella hazelnut chocolate spread


Chocolate sauce or powdered icing sugar for topping

Cooking Instructions

  1. On medium heat, lightly coat non-stick fry pan with oil.
  2. Gently separate frozen Peking duck pancake sheets and place one on fry pan.
  3. Fry for 10-15 seconds, flip over and fry for 10-15 seconds or until slightly golden.
  4. Remove from pan and repeat above steps for remainder of pancakes.
  5. Spread Nutella on crêpes and fill with sliced strawberries & bananas or other desired fillings. Fold over and enjoy!

Serving suggestion:

Dust powdered icing sugar or drizzle chocolate sauce over crêpes and serve with ice-cream or whipped cream for extra indulgence!
